Refund and
returns: Lent Event support
the guidelines from NSW Department of Fair Trading. Lent Event also
upholds any warranties through their suppliers (where there is a
warranty) and wherever you find the product/s to have some basic,
serious fault that you could not have known about when purchasing
them, the product/s do not do the job that you were led to believe
they would do; do not match a sample you were shown or are not as
they were described, Precious Prints would seek the
opportunity to amend this. This may include the return of the item
you purchased along with a copy of the receipt provided to
you by Lent Event. We may offer you replacement product/s and or
refunds depending on the circumstances in line with NSW Department
of Fair trading guidelines.www.fairtrading.nsw.gov.au

Lent
Event keeps confidential all information supplied by you. In order
to provide your tax deductible receipt for your Lent Event
donation, we provide your details to our partner – Uniting Church
Overseas Aid. They require these details to send you a receipt and
information about the projects you are supporting.
Online security
capabilities and transmission policy: We aim to make your
shopping experience with Lent Event as secure as possible. We use a
secure payment gateway (using 128 bit SSL encryption) or you can
complete our order
form and cheque or money
order payment.
Payment: All prices
on this website are in Australian Dollars ($AUD).Once payment has
been received and approved, your goods will be dispatched with a
tax receipt. By sending us your payment promptly, you can have your
purchase delivered to you as quickly as within 10 working days of
placing your order.
